Good afternoon. As you are aware, we are having our Budget meeting today (October 22) at 6:30 p.m. It will be held in the clubhouse. If you decide to come to the meeting, we ask that you wear your mask for the whole meeting. We ask that if you have any symptoms that you stay home.

 For those who don't feel comfortable attending the meeting in person there are several ways that you can attend without coming in.

The first way that you can attend is by joining us on Microsoft Team meetings. If you decide to use this method please make sure you download the app today or prior to the meeting. The app can be downloaded on your phone, tablet or computer, but it is always wise to test it out ahead of time in case you run into any problems. You can click on the link below to join.

The second way you can attend the meeting is by watching Hickory Hills FaceBook live. If you have FaceBook and you are friends with Hickory Hills then you can tune it. 

Both of these apps let you type any questions you may have. Team meetings let you raise your hand and it also lets you speak.

With the pandemic going on we are trying to keep everyone safe, but still get the information out there. We hope that everyone can tune in.
