Annual Meeting Clarification
It has been brought to the attention of the Hickory Hills Community Association (HHCA) that the HHCA voting process and proxy documents, both issued earlier this week, had some conflicting language. The intent of this post is to clarify this confusion.
It has been brought to the attention of the Hickory Hills Community Association (HHCA) that the HHCA voting process and proxy documents, both issued earlier this week, had some conflicting language. The intent of this post is to clarify this confusion.
·
There are two (2) Board of Directors positions that are
open and will be voted in with this election, NOT THREE (3). Please select only two options with your
proxy form or when you come to the meeting and vote.
· The proxy is
NOT your ballot; it does however give your designated person, who will be in
attendance at the meeting, to cast your vote for you. This person is required
to vote for the nominees you have selected on your proxy form. If you plan on
attending the meeting you need not fill out the proxy.
· The only
voting item on the annual meeting agenda is for the two (2) vacant Board of
Directors positions. Nothing else will be voted on at the meeting. Next year
one Board position will be voted in.
We hope that this clears up some of the confusion
you may have had and we look forward to seeing you April 11th at 10:00
am in the community clubhouse for our annual meeting!
