Homeowner Special Meeting Request

HOMEOWNER SPECIAL MEETING REQUEST

               Date: October 11, 2014

               Time:  1000-1200

               Location:  Community Clubhouse

Just a reminder, if at all possible PLEASE attend this very important meeting and/or PLEASE complete the Association Proxy/Ballot that you received either by email or on your front door. Proxies can be dropped off at the office or placed in the night drop as soon as possible (even if you plan to attend) so that Quorum can be possibly be determined before the day of the meeting.  If quorum is achieved, it will help shorten the meeting.   

Volunteers will be going door to door to pick up proxies that haven’t been turned in.
