Homeowner Special Meeting Request

HOMEOWNER SPECIAL MEETING REQUEST

Just a reminder, if at all possible PLEASE attend this very important meeting and/or PLEASE complete the Association Proxy/Ballot that you received either by email or on your front door. Proxies can be dropped off at the office or placed in the night drop as soon as possible (even if you plan to attend) so that Quorum can be possibly be determined before the day of the meeting.  If quorum is achieved, it will help shorten the meeting.   

Volunteers will be going door to door to pick up proxies that haven’t been turned in.

Reminder: Community Yard Sale!!!

REMINDER

COMMUNITY YARD SALE this Saturday, October 4^th from 8 am – 1 pm.  The advertisement is on SOMD under Classifieds/Yard Sales and also on the SOMD Community Calendar.  Tables available for rent at ($5.00 per) to be used in the Clubhouse parking lot only.  Feel free to put signs up directing traffic to homes especially if you are located in a private street off the main streets or cul de sacs.  This event will be held rain or shine.
