news and updates. Please encourage your neighbors to enroll if they are not already enrolled to be added to our email distribution list. We don't want anyone to miss out on anything! Please feel free to contact the office via e-mail or phone with any questions, concerns or suggestions.

Community yard Sale
The next Hickory Hills Community Association yard sale will be held on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at From 7am until1pm. Please plan to participate and simultaneously declutter your house and earn
a few extra dollars.

Resident Information
In attempt to maintain successful communication with our residents, we are asking that all residents update their contact information. Please visit the Association Office to complete the Resident
Information Sheet.

Homeowners Association Fees
HOA fees are due on the first of every month. Don't forget to place your payment in the drop box or mail it to the office. The mailing address for the Association office is 22630 Athlone Drive, Great Mills, Maryland 20634. We accept payment via credit card, check, or money order made payable to Hickory Hills Community Association or HHCA. We also offer the ACH payment option
which is a convenient way to make your monthly payments. Payments are withdrawn directly from your bank account. Contact the office for more information or to enroll.

Trashv Dilemma
The four dumpsters located in the townhome clusters are forresidents of the townhomes only. Please place all trash bags inside of the dumpster. The dumpsters are for household garbage ONLY. Please do not discard furniture, mattresses, televisions, tires, cabinets, appliances, lawn eqUipment, etc. in
or around the dumpster. The disposal company will not dispose of these items. Be sure to close the dumpster door/lid after you place your trash inside. This will decrease trash from blowing out of the dumpster as well as discourage animals from visiting. Any person/persons found in violation of these
rules may be subject to a fine and/or penalty.

Fitness Room Facts
The Fitness Room is for use by Hickory Hills reSidents, ages 18 and older. No persons under the age of 18 are allowed in the fitness room at any time. Please Do Not give your password to anyone. Also, be sure to place weights back on their respective racks once you finish using them. If you are
found in violation of any of these rules, your access will be denied for an extended period of time.

Playground Problems
There has been a large amount of trash on the playground. Please remind your child(ren) to place all trash in the nearby receptacles. The playground area is for the enjoyment of the children and we all
must do our part to keep it tidy and safe.

Please Clean Up After Your Dog
When you walk your dog, please be considerate enough to bring a doggie bag to clean up your dogs' mess or utilize one of the many doggie pods we have throughout our community. Also, please walk your dog to a common area to do their business and not your neighbor's yard. Many of your neighbors try to maintain a nice yard and would like to keep it that way. Please respect your neighbors and clean up after your dog whenever you take them out.

Be On The look Out!
There have been many reports of people exceeding the speed limit. As you know, we have lots of
children and walkers throughout our community on the streets daily. Please be mindful of how fast
you are driving as well as your surrounclings. If you see anybody breaking the traffic laws please
call the Non-Emergency police office at 301-737-8008. Remember, if you see something and do
not report it, you are a part of the problem.
