Pool Pass

 The pool is opening in less than two months! In order to gain access to the pool a few things must occur,

                           

1.     Homeowner must be current on all HHCA dues

2.     Homeowner cannot have any outstanding covenants violations.

3.     Must go to the HHCA website, http://www.hhcahoa.org/, and fill out the pool pass request.

If all three things are met, we will notify you when your pool pass/passes are available for pick-up at the HHCA Office.

Special Meeting

The Annual meeting held last Saturday on April 11th had a good turnout but fell short of meeting a voting quorum.

This requires a second meeting now scheduled for April 25th at 10:00 am in the community clubhouse, for voting purposes only.

Quorum at this meeting will be considered as 25% of all “current” homeowners either in person or by proxy form.

Where: HHCA Community Clubhouse

Why: Election of new Board members.
